Why Enable Opened an Office in One of the Most Talented Cities in North America
Toronto is one of the most diverse, talented, and rapidly growing cultural and commercial hubs in North America, which is why
Enable
couldn’t be more excited that our third office is now up and running in Canada’s largest city. As the city’s thriving tech sector continues to expand, playing host to a world-class workforce, establishing a presence in Toronto was one of the easiest decisions we’ve ever made.
In just six months, Enable has gone from zero to 45 team members in Canada, across six departments: product, IT, HR, marketing, sales, and customer success. This means Canadians now comprise one-quarter of our global workforce (a portion that continues to see rapid increase) – the overall size of which has doubled over the past year. Our customer base has doubled as well, and we have successfully raised $45 million in our recent Series B funding round. The creation of our Toronto office allows us to expand our presence in North America, move closer to our customers to provide superior service, and recruit from one of the most impressive talent pools in the world. In our expansion process, we worked closely with Toronto Global’s team of experienced business advisors assisting global businesses to expand into the Toronto Region.
Enable is a dynamic tech company that provides clients with the most innovative cloud-based B2B rebate management solution on the market. The inclusive and collaborative culture at Enable is a reflection of the challenging and rewarding work our colleagues do every day. Staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving industry like ours is certainly difficult, but our team is built around mutual support. Our goal isn’t just to produce the best software in the industry, it’s also to help our teammates reach their full potential. Enable recently introduced wellness benefits, along with an excellent referral program and a consistent focus on employee recognition. Our employees also have plenty of opportunities to spend time with colleagues at social events – we’ve already held several with our enthusiastic Toronto-based team.
Employee safety is our top concern, so we’ve adopted a hybrid work model that provides flexible options for remote and in-person work (with safety protocols in place). Our state-of-the-art office in downtown Toronto is outfitted with the latest tech and, of course, an espresso machine. We’re delighted that we can finally meet face to face… our Toronto colleagues weren’t able to meet for months after working together!
As our Toronto office expands, we can’t wait to welcome more of the remarkable people this city has to offer. Right now, we’re looking for solutions consultants, customer success managers, and implementation analysts, as well as a business development manager and a graphic designer. If you want to join a fast-growing, forward-looking team of innovators, we’d love to hear from you!
Thanks to working with partners like Toronto Global, we’re thrilled to be part of Toronto’s extraordinary growth and we’re certain that this growth will continue for years to come.
