Tina Lee is the CEO of T&T Supermarkets Inc. (T&T). Tina is the second generation operator of the business her mother Cindy Lee, a Taiwanese-Canadian immigrant, started 24 years ago. T&T is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has become Canada’s largest Asian food retailer with 23 stores across the country. T&T strives to provide Asian families with their fresh and familiar foods, while introducing the wide variety of Asian cuisine to Canada’s multicultural society. T&T employs over 5000 colleagues and serves over 500,000 customers weekly.
Tina is an industry expert in the ethnic grocery space and has been featured in Canadian Grocer, Retail Council of Canada, and Undercover Boss Canada. Prior to returning to her family business, Tina worked at Deloitte Consulting LLP, in their strategy and operations consulting practice. She is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), completed her MBA from UCLA, and undergraduate business degree from Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
Tina is one of five Canadian women CEOs appointed by the Canadian Prime Minister’s office to join the Canada-United States Council for Advancement of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders in February 2017.
Tina currently lives in Toronto with her husband and two children.
