Enrich Believes There is No Place Better to Grow Than the Toronto Region

Enrich’s platform empowers global Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/Applicant Tracking System (ATS) enterprises to easily launch their own marketplace. Currently, there is no unified marketplace for ATS companies that provides multiple AI tools all rolled into one. Enrich’s vision is to consolidate this process of multiple integrations into one marketplace that will provide pre-built connectors for Recruitment & CRM solution vendors via a single integration.

Enrichment marketplace brings data connectors and CRM/ATS together at one platform where end users can enrich their data. The platform can be used for a host of recruitment needs, including conducting resume analysis, running background checks, viewing social profiles, verifying contact information, obtaining benchmarked salary information, and more. The California-based company began its business expansion journey seeking an environment where it could hire and retain skilled talent and grow within a stable political and immigration environment.

Toronto Global was introduced to Enrich through an outreach program in San Francisco. During a visit to Toronto, Toronto Global facilitated meetings between the company and local incubators, academic institutions, immigration lawyers and real estate advisors. Additionally, Enrich visited the City of Mississauga to meet with our colleagues at the local economic development office. We also made introductions to the Toronto Business Development Corporation to assist in the process of obtaining the company’s startup visa to Canada. Throughout the process, Toronto Global worked closely with our provincial and federal government partners at the Canadian Consulate in San Francisco. 

The Toronto Region offers the perfect combination of high quality talent at a low cost, plus a thriving technology ecosystem, and a supportive global community. Enrich’s Toronto office provides an excellent opportunity to connect with customers and partners and expand to new international markets. In the short term, over the next two years, the company plans to scale, hiring for its technical team, product team, sales and support department and management team in the Toronto Region. The aim is for Enrich to establish a headquarters in Toronto and, from here, expand into various strategic international markets.
