Courtney Glen

Courtney Glen is Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications at Kilmer Group, responsible for providing strategic advisory, government relations and communications support across all of Kilmer’s business ventures and philanthropic initiatives.

Courtney brings more than 20 years experience working in both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Kilmer, Courtney was Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Toronto, where she played a pivotal role in developing and executing policies that addressed the city’s social and economic issues. In her time at City Hall, Courtney was responsible for navigating challenging intergovernmental and stakeholder issues while also working with City Council and the municipal public service to implement and communicate the Mayor’s agenda.

Courtney has also worked as a public affairs consultant, holding senior positions with firms in Toronto, and has been an advisor on many political campaigns, including John Tory’s three straight election wins in 2014, 2018 and 2022.

Courtney has a Masters of Science in International and European Politics from the University of Edinburgh and a Honours BA in Political Science from the University of Guelph.
