Nitin Kawale
Nitin Kawale is a highly regarded Canadian business leader with over 30 years of domestic and international experience in the technology sector. He is an active board member and advisor to various companies and non-profit organisations.
Nitin is the former President and CEO of Cisco Systems Canada Co. as well as former President of the Enterprise Business Unit at Rogers. He has been recognized as an expert across Canada on the topics of innovation and productivity and champions both in his professional and personal life.
He was named a Champion of Public Education across Canada by The Learning Partnership and was honoured as the Corporate Executive of the Year by the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce – a national award that recognizes exemplary achievement in business by those of Indian heritage. He also served on the Premier of Ontario’s Job’s and Prosperity Council. He also served as an Expert Reviewer for the Government of Canada’s Supercluster initiative.
Nitin is also the past Chair of the Conference Board of Canada as well as the Past Chair of the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Foundation. He continues to serve on the Holland Bloorview board. Additionally, he serves as the Chair of the Singularity University Canada Board. He also is a member of the Board of Directors of Haüskey Inc., an innovative Proptech start-up.
